That's a great question: First you reach out to me by filling out the forms on the site for Web Design, Brand Identity or Print Design. After your first initial contact I will reach out to you so we can set up a time to meet in person or have a phone conversation about your creative needs.

What happens after I accept the quote from Heidi Dorn Design?

Accepted Answer

After you have accepted the quote Heidi Dorn Design has provided, you will get an email to pay 50% down for the project. This is before any design work has begun. Due to the nature of design, the down payment is non-refundable.

This is where the fun starts! We begin designing depending on your creative needs. Along the way, there will be follow up conversations to make sure we are on page. Before I make your site live or send you the finished files I will send you an email for final payment.
