After we schedule a meeting we will talk about what your creative needs are: - redesign of website - brand new website - brand identity project - business collateral - tradeshow banner - brochures - booklets - billboards - etc...

After you have accepted the quote Heidi Dorn Design has provided, you will get an email to pay 50% down for the project. This is before any design work has begun. Due to the nature of design, the down payment is non-refundable.

This is where the fun starts! We begin designing depending on your creative needs. Along the way, there will be follow up conversations to make sure we are on page. Before I make your site live or send you the finished files I will send you an email for final payment.
